The Friends of St Giles are small groups who dream up and organise fundraising events to help the hospice - whether coffee mornings, open gardens, quiz nights, or a whole host of other occasions.
These groups are a valuable part of the network of hospice supporters, and their strong sense of community spirit is something the hospice actively encourages and supports.
Not only do the Friends of St Giles raise funds to help the hospice continue its work, they also help raise awareness of the charity.
There are groups throughout the hospice's catchment area and they are always eager to welcome new members to the team.
Alternatively, if you can rally together a few like-minded friends, why not start a group of your own and become a vital building block in supporting the work of St Giles?
