Donating Goods

The Hospice Shop's van is available to collect large items of furniture.Donations of high-quality, unwanted goods that can be sold are always welcome - either at the hospice shops themselves, or at the clothing and furniture warehouses in Shenstone near Lichfield. For further details view our Directory.

St Giles Hospice charity shops are delighted to accept donations of items that are in good condition and good working order, including:

  • Quality clothing and accessories for men, women and children
  • China, glass, crockery, household items
  • Unwanted gifts, bric-a-brac, jewellery
  • Curtains, bedlinen, towels, table linen, blankets
  • Books, CDs, DVDs, videos, toys, games, small electrical goods
  • Items of good quality furniture - For further details view our section on Furniture.

Please note the shops and warehouse are unable to accept fridges or cookers.The Shop's offer a wide range of high-quality clothes, as modelled here by volunteers from the Rugeley Shop.

If you are unable to transport any items because of their size or quantity - for example a bulky piece of furniture or items from a house clearance - a collection service is available.
