Day HospiceThe Day Hospice provides on-going support for those living at home with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.

Patients usually attend for one day each week to receive specialist care from medical, physiotherapy, and complementary therapy staff in a relaxed and informal environment.

Staff manage patients' symptoms, discuss their concerns, and ensure they receive high-quality care.

Patients are encouraged to have hope, set and achieve goals, and find avenues to express themselves, enhancing their quality of life through a range of creative therapies including painting, craft work and relaxation sessions.

They can also meet with others who are sharing similar experiences.

Day HospiceThe specialist team of doctors, nurses and support staff takes great care to ensure each patient is cared for on an individual basis.

The Day Hospice can accommodate up to 15 patients each day.
