Referring a Patient
St Giles Hospice’s wide range of services for patients and carers are accessed via written referral from GPs, district nurses and hospital-based palliative care teams.
Referrals can also be made from other St Giles Hospice departments.
In exceptional circumstances, individuals may refer themselves to the Day Hospice, although we will then seek formal referral from their GP.
