 Referrals are accepted for patients with a diagnosis of cancer and those with non-malignant diseases.
The Day Hospice accepts referrals internally from other St Giles Hospice departments.
Referrals are also accepted from GPs, District Nurses, and hospital-based Palliative Care Teams. In exceptional circumstances individuals may refer themselves, although permission will be required from their GP.
