Referrals are accepted for patients with a diagnosis of cancer and those with non-malignant diseases.

Please note that the In-Patient Unit does not accept direct admissions.

In working hours, a referral form is completed over the telephone and passed to the Community Team for assessment.

If an urgent situation arises outside normal working hours, a referral form will again be completed and the medical officer on-call will be consulted.
