Patient Satisfaction Evaluation
To ensure St Giles Hospice can continually improve its services, patients, their families and carers are regularly asked for their feedback on the quality of care and support they receive.
The results are published in the Patient Satisfaction Evaluation, which in turn forms part of the Care Quality Commission’s ongoing monitoring of hospice care at St Giles.
