Registration will close on Sunday 7th January 2024 at midnight. Any bookings made after this time will not be accepted.
Your donation is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please ensure your tree is left in a clearly visible, accessible and unobstructed location, outside of your property, by 7am on Saturday 6th January 2024 or, for bookings made after Friday 5thth January 2024, by 7am on Monday 8th January.
St Giles Hospice will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any pots, bases or decorations left on the tree.
You confirm that you are prepared to take part in TreeCycle at your own risk and neither St Giles Hospice, its directors/trustees, its staff nor its volunteers shall be held responsible for any injuries or other loss sustained to you before, during or after the St Giles Hospice TreeCycle.
St Giles Hospice cannot confirm the exact time that your tree will be collected, all postcodes will be collected from 8am and 9pm on Saturday 6thth January – Friday 12thth January 2024.
St Giles Hospice reserve the right to cancel the event at any time. In this instance your donation is refundable.
The information required for St Giles Hospice to collect your tree will be provided to our relevant collection staff and volunteers to carry out the collection. Our collection staff and volunteers reserve the right to refuse collection of trees should they not meet the collection criteria below.
Collection Criteria
Your trees will be collected by our kind-hearted volunteers, who are unable, under any circumstance, to enter your property (e.g. house, garden, shed) or enter any confined or restricted space to access the trees location.
Your tree will be left in the exact location and postcode as detailed within your booking.
Suitable access to the location of the tree is at the discretion of our staff and volunteers. If your tree is not left in a clearly visible and accessible location, our staff and volunteers will not return to collect it.
The tree will be bare of all decorations and removed from all pots or bases.
Trees must be left in a clearly visible and unobstructed location, outside of your property.
