Essentials in Palliative Care

This study day is aimed at Registered Nurses and will provide essential training in the following topics; T34 Syringe Pump Verification of Death Difficult Conversations Sessions will be facilitated by St Giles Hospice qualified professionals. Please note that competencies for T34 syringe pump and verification of death will NOT be certified on this study day. Clinical competence can only be demonstrated in a clinical setting, and participants will need to arrange to be observed in their place of work by someone able to certify competence in that environment.

This study day is free, and has been funded by Health Education England for learners within the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership STP Area.

A sandwich lunch is included.
