We’re closed for now, but we’ll be back soon!

The health and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers, supporters and community remains our top priority. Due to new national restrictions from Thursday 5th November our shops have now sadly closed in line with Government guidance.

However, we’re pleased to say that our online Christmas card shop and eBay store will remain open.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support, generosity and patience during this unprecedented time. We’ve never needed you more than we need you today, and we look forward to welcoming you back when we are able to re-open.

Shop with us online

Though our High Street shops are closed, you can still shop online with us this Christmas.

Our online Christmas card shop has over 25 designs to choose from, including traditional scenes, local landmarks and more. Give a card that shows you care and buy today!

Looking for some gift inspiration?

You’ll find a range of exclusive, collectible and sought after items in our eBay store, including jewellery, toys and games, books, musical instruments and more.

Donating to us

Along with our shops, our Distribution Centre in Shenstone is also temporarily closed. Whilst we are incredibly grateful for your donations, if you have items to donate at this present time please hold on to them for now.

Please don’t leave your donations on our doorsteps. We are unable to process them as we usually would and more importantly, it could sadly result in damaged and unsaleable items.

Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your ongoing support and generosity. We look forward to welcoming your donations again soon.

Once we re-open, please double check before you donate

We anticipate being very busy initially, and so we will need to accept donations in line with Government guidance. One thing you can do before donating is take a look at our checklists below to ensure we can receive your quality saleable items. This will help us save time and cut down on waste, meaning more time and money can go towards supporting patients and their families.

Unfortunately, we will continue to be unable to receive donations of white goods or large furniture and large electrical items to our shops.

There is more information about the type of items we can and can’t accept here.

Distribution Centre, Shenstone

Along with our shops, our Distribution Centre is also temporarily closed. If you have items to donate please hold on to them for now. Please help us by not leaving donations at either the front or back doors of our centre as we are unable to process them as we usually would and they may get damaged or stolen.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your ongoing support and patience.

Volunteering in our shops

Interested in volunteering for us?

When we re-open, we will be recruiting additional volunteers. Please check our website here and social media channels for more information.

How our other services are affected

Furniture collection, property clearance and delivery service

All of these services will temporarily stop from Thursday 5th November. Once the lockdown restrictions have eased, the service will re-start and we will be able to accept bookings.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your ongoing support and patience.

Bridal Boutique

Our Bridal Boutique will remain closed until further notice.

We look forward to welcoming you back to our shops soon.

With the loss of income from our shops closures during the Coronavirus pandemic, our funding has been heavily impacted and we’ve never needed your support more than we do now.

Your support matters. Thank you.
