Our Summer Raffle has now closed.  The draw took place on 14^th July 2021 and results are available here. We will contact all raffle winners so there is no need to claim a prize.

You must live in Great Britain and be aged 18 or over to buy or sell tickets in our raffles.

You can pay for your tickets through the post (if you are safely able to do so), online or by calling 01543 434020. Due to changes in gambling legislation, we can only accept debit card payments for online and telephone transactions.  Apologies for any inconvenience.

The closing date for the fast reply draw is 14th May 2021.

Each raffle ticket sold has a unique number.  The only ticket numbers that go into the draw are the tickets that have been bought and paid for.  Every ticket has an equal chance of winning a prize.

Winners are selected by a Random Number Generator in our raffle computer software (provided by Carn Software Ltd), which is fully licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission to ensure the raffle draw is run legally and fairly.

All postal and online entries received by 14th May 2021 will go into an extra prize draw to win one of 20 M&S £20 gift cards.

Based on ticket sales in 2020, a player buying 10 tickets has a 1 in 260 chance of winning a prize.

All the profits from our seasonal raffles are paid across to St Giles Hospice (Registered Charity 509014) from St Giles Hospice (Promotions) Ltd T/A St Giles Hospice Lottery.

Last year (2020/21) we passed £92,095 across to St Giles from our Summer and Christmas raffles, plus an additional £54,236 in add-on donations.  The money raised by our raffles helps fund vital care for local people and their families living with a terminal illness.  The amount paid to the hospice equates to 59% of our total raffle ticket income, after the deduction of prizes (16%) and expenses (25%). We always try to keep our costs to a minimum to ensure we raise as much as we can for the hospice and the amount paid to St Giles is more than double the legal minimum of 20% of proceeds for a charity lottery like ours.

Our 2020 raffles raised over £200,000 in ticket and donation income – thank you so much! We’ve never needed your support more than we need it today and we hope that our community will continue to support us through our raffles this year.
