Prizes are not sent out automatically to people who have bought ‘one-off’ weekly tickets in a particular draw so it is your responsibility to check if you have won a prize.
If you buy tickets online your ticket numbers will be sent to you and you will need to check after the draw to see if you have won a prize.

For tickets bought online:
Prizes up to £1,000 can be claimed by contacting the lottery office with a copy of the ticket confirmation email, either by email, post or in person.
Prizes over £1,000 must be claimed in person. An initial claim may be made by email or telephone. The winning email confirmation, payment card and additional proof of ID will be required before a prize is paid out.
Prizes will only be paid out in the name of the person who bought the ticket.
For tickets bought in person:
Prizes up to £1,000 can be claimed by completing your details and returning your ticket, either in person or by post, to the lottery office which is located here.
Prizes over £1,000 must be claimed in person. An initial claim may be made by telephone. The winning ticket and proof of ID will be required before prizes are paid out.
Photocopies and scanned tickets will not be accepted and no prizes will be paid out for lost tickets. We do not take responsibility for tickets lost in the post and therefore recommend that any winning ticket claims are made through recorded post or in person.
