Quality of our care

The quality of our care is extremely important to us and we make every effort to exceed the expectations of those we care for.

We are proud to be rated as OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission.

We know that our staff and volunteers strive to deliver outstanding care every day, but to have this acknowledged by the CQC is truly wonderful.

Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.

Under the new CQC inspection regime, hospices are subject to the same level of scrutiny as hospitals.

The commission monitors, inspects and regulates services to ensure fundamental standards of quality and safety are met.

Complaints Procedure

We work very hard to provide the highest standards of care to patients and families. However, if you don’t feel that we have provided outstanding care, your feedback is very important to us.

Any concerns or complaints are an opportunity for us to learn, develop and improve our services. If you would like to make a complaint, we will take the appropriate action and do our best to resolve the issue. How to make a complaint.
