Our Executive Leadership Team is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional end of life care services.

Elinor Eustace
Chief Executive Officer

Elinor joined St Giles Hospice in 2018 as Director of Fundraising and became Income Generation Director in 2020, followed by Deputy CEO in 2023, and subsequently CEO in 2024.

Elinor has extensive experience as a senior leader in the hospice and wider charity and healthcare sectors. She moved to St Giles Hospice from Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, where she was Deputy Director of Fundraising. She has a BSc Hons in Biochemistry and Pharmacology.

Leon Ratcliffe
Director of Clinical Services

Leon joined St Giles Hospice in March 2024 as Deputy Director of Clinical Services and became Director of Clinical Services in March 2025.

He qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1997 and has a career spanning various nursing roles, including community nursing, advanced clinical practice and managing teams in a variety of healthcare settings.

Leon completed his MSc in advanced practice in 2016 at London South Bank University and since that time has worked as Corporate Lead for Advanced Practice at a large acute hospital trust, as well as Head of Medical Services for a community NHS trust.

Sarah Jackson
Director of Finance and Operations

Sarah joined St Giles Hospice in May 2022 as Director of Finance and Operations.

Sarah is dedicated to ensuring that St Giles has a strategic and forward thinking focus, to help deliver a financially and environmentally sustainable approach to our services.

As a qualified finance professional, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the not-for-profit and commercial sectors, having previously worked with St Ann’s Hospice in Manchester, and as Chief Operating Officer for the National Governing Body for British Showjumping.

Becky Webb
Director of People and Organisational Development

Becky joined St Giles Hospice as a volunteer in September 2017, progressed throughout her tenure in management roles, and became Director of People and Organisational Development in April 2026.

She is a Chartered Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a qualified executive coach and mentor. She completed her Masters Degree (MSc) in Strategic Human Resource Management in 2021 at University of Staffordshire.

Having laid the foundations for her directorate and implemented a wide range of initiatives to support colleagues across the organisation, Becky is committed to fostering a culture that strengthens resilience, enhances retention, and attracts people who want to work for an organisation that truly lives its values.
