What are the chances of winning?
For our standard raffles, a player buying 10 tickets has a 1 in 172 chance of winning a prize. Chances may vary depending on how many people purchase a ticket.
How can I find out the results?
All winners will be automatically notified by phone by a member of our team and a list of the winning numbers will be published on our website after the draw date.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your tickets online. Due to gambling legislation, we can only accept debit card payments for online and telephone transactions. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Raffle Terms & Conditions
You must reside in Great Britain and be aged 18 or over to buy or sell St Giles raffle tickets.
34 cash prizes; 1 of £5,000, 1 of £1,000, 2 of £500, 5 of £100 plus 25 prizes of £10. Prizes are paid to the ticket purchaser.
We reserve the right to defer the draw date if pandemic restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances and resultant processing delays prevent the draw taking place on this date.
Payments received after the draw closing date will be treated as a donation.
Winners will be notified shortly after the draw. Winning numbers will be published on our website and in the local press where possible. Winners may be invited to take part in publicity.
All postal and online responses received by 26th November 2025 will be entered into an additional fast reply draw to win a £25 gift voucher (10 in total). One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Based on purchasing 10 tickets in our raffle, the chance of winning a prize in our main draw is 1 in 172.
All the profits from our raffle are paid to St Giles Hospice (Registered Charity 509014) after we have deducted costs and prizes, some of which are kindly donated back to the hospice.
In our Winter Raffle 2024, we were able to pass an amazing £52,351 over to St Giles Hospice, providing vital support for local people and their families living with a terminal illness. This equates to 67% of our ticket sale income, after the deduction of prizes (14%) and expenses (19%). We always try to keep our costs to a minimum to ensure we raise as much as we can for the hospice and the 67% paid to St Giles is much more than the legal minimum of 20% of proceeds for a charity raffle like ours.
