Our wellbeing services are designed to help support patients, and their loved ones, as well as the wider community. We offer a calm and welcoming environment where anyone can come to talk, reflect and take part.
Wellbeing activity programme
Our support groups are available at our Sutton Coldfield site. Join at your convenience, no booking required – we’re here for you.
A supportive and social environment for those who are caring for a loved one, offering a space to share experiences, access information, and receive emotional support. We recognise attendance may be difficult when caring for a loved one and so our Hospice at Home team can provide support upon request.
Second Tuesday of every month, 10am – 12pm
If you or a loved one are facing a terminal diagnosis, we understand how difficult it can be to navigate the huge range of emotions you will be feeling. Our facing loss support group offers a safe space to talk and share your story, and the opportunity to receive support and guidance from our trained support workers.
Third Thursday of every month, 10am – 12pm
We know that community really helps in times of loneliness or difficulty, so if you’re struggling with grief, why not spend some time with our volunteer gardeners? You’ll enjoy some fresh air as you potter in our beautiful grounds, as well as a listening ear and companionship from your fellow gardeners.
Every Thursday morning, 10am – 12pm
A safe, supportive space to connect with others living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Offering the chance to share experiences, and access emotional and practical support. Whether you’re looking for advice, reassurance, or simply a place to feel understood, you’re very welcome to join us.
Third Tuesday of every month, 1.30 – 3.30pm
