COVID-19 UPDATE: Thank you for your ongoing support and patience

In line with Government guidance, from Thursday 31st December until further notice, our shops will sadly be closed and our furniture collections, deliveries and house clearances will be paused.

If you have items to donate, we kindly ask that you hold onto them until we are able to re-open. Any donated goods left outside of our closed shops will have to be disposed of and costs the charity to do so – therefore please do not leave items outside our shops.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers, supporters and donors remains our priority and our team has worked hard to ensure we maintain a COVID-compliant environment in all of our shops but with new Tier 4 restrictions in place we have been forced to close our doors once again.

We very much look forward to welcoming you back when we can and will keep our website and social media channels updated with any reopening dates when they are confirmed.

You can continue to shop with us online and find a range of exclusive, collectible and sought after items in our eBay store, including jewellery, toys and games, books, musical instruments and more.

Whether you’re upgrading your sofa, moving house or having a clear out, we can collect your unwanted furniture for free.

We turn your furniture donations into funds to provide care for local people and their families living with a terminal illness.

Since 2015, over £1million has been raised from furniture sales in our shops.

We collect from:

Ashby, Burton, Cannock, Lichfield, North Birmingham, Rugeley, Sutton Coldfield, Swadlincote, Tamworth, Uttoxeter and Walsall.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept fridges and cookers. Please note that we are unable, by law, to accept any item which does not comply with the Fire Regulations of 1988. Items arranged for collection will be taken at the driver’s discretion.

If you’re a UK taxpayer – by signing up for Gift Aid you can also help us claim an extra 25p for every £1 we raise through the sale of your donated goods from HMRC.
